Could be wrong, but it seems he is is trying to distance himself from Dong-gyun after DG likened their meeting to a "date" as this triggered memories of a presumably traumatic ex partner. I'm guessing this ex partner is the reason why Jiwon is hesitant to get involved seriously with anyone new. Jiwon blanking DG made him look like a prick to us, but from Jiwon's perspective it seems more 'fight or flight" response to anxiety, and he was in flight mode.
