So from your logic, it's okay for the troll to spam because they are "venting", but anon can't vent out his/her's frustration from this spamming by telling them to shut up? You don't make any sense, if the troll is allowed to vent out then everyone should be able to say what ever they want too. In their OPINION they find this annoying and it's making them angry, so they are venting it out too :) Who are YOU to tell them that they are wrong for defending what they love and believe is being attacked. Sure it might not be their loss but it obviously still hurt them.

If this person doesn't like yaoi or gay people in general, why are they reading or looking at a manga that is labled as yaoi and from the cover and summary states that it is boys love? It's ok to not like yaoi. It's not ok to go to one of the mangas with the genre yaoi and write such things, since he/she can guess that it is yaoi and just leave, nobody forced him/here to be here. That's like when you would go to a concert of a singer you hate and insult him in front of his fans.
