Seeing as the series is already complete on lezhin, here's some vague spoilers.
Eunho goes and gets his portrait painted, which is a promise Jaeha made earlier. Then there is an exhibition of said portrait, and Eunho proposes. Happy days, and a wedding photo for the epilogue.
