Its hard to translate because of the word dogeza. Dogeza is when you get on your knees and bow your head in Japanese culture.

yup, if I had to translate it, I‘d say it‘s called: „do a dogeza!“ you explained dogeza already, shite is the te form of shimasu, which means to do something. te form can be used as an order. the „kudasai“ (please) is used when it‘s polite speech ^^
