What I can remember from it was that the seme was younger that the uke, and on the seme’s first day of high school the uke was telling his friends how cute his childhood friend was (the seme) making his friends think that the ukes friend was a cute girl but when they meet the friend they found out it was actually a guy.
I also vaguely Remember there being a part where the parents of the uke and seme thought they were dating the whole time and were even making wedding plans
