Usagi writes two types of books with different genres. The literary type and the boys love books. I think thats why he uses two different publishing houses. Maybe
it's common to write for more than one publishing house depending on the genre. so he does work for both.
He writes literature and manga as well. That's why he works for different publishing house. :)

Can someone clarify a thing for me. When Onodera was working in Onodera publishing he was the editor for Usagi. But Usagi works in Marukawa which is where Onodera moved to. Plus Isaka works in Marukawa and he's working with Usagi. Sooo did Usagi work in Onodera publishing or did I miss something
