True that! When someone who always wears glasses removes them, they tend to look different or even strange to those who are accustomed to seeing them with glasses on.
But... manga does feed my "escapist" appetite...
as somebody who wears glasses thank you because you have no idea how often i get seen as being angry when all i am doing is trying to see who in the fuck is in front of me lol
I don't understand the trope of "nerdy anime lass suddenly looks beautiful when not wearing glasses" because us intellectuals know that glasses girls are much cuter.
