I didn't give the full mark only because till the end the caracter interpreted by the Seme was like a Playboy 'yeah I know he confessed to the Uke a lot of time but he gave up from the first rejection he didn't even tried to say anything he said like it's fine, I just lost one toy I will find another' in the end is the Uke who comes to the Seme and confesses first... At least I needed a scene were the Seme is forced to confess his true love for the Uke if he didn't then he will risk to loose his love...if the added something like this then definitely I would give a full ten for the manga...
