I love how this mangaka draws facial expressions. I understand that Kameda was supposed to be the generic 'emotionless' kind of guy, but he still put on a few expressions that subtly let us, the readers, know what he was thinking. There are quite a lot of other manga that I've read, where either one- or all- character(s) in the story have a blank expression all the time, even if they feel very passionate about what they are doing. They're pretty much like, "I mean, I guess I like you or smth *drinks water*" all the time. A lot of mangaka also tend to keep their facial features constant, in a way that makes everyone look like emotionless robots without sentient thought. ANOTHER THING!! I hate how stilted characters' emotions can be! I love to find a story where I can't name 10 other stories that have the exact same plot line. UNIQUE OVER GENERIC FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I shall now recite 90% of every yaoi plot ever.
*coughs*
"One day(or night) Guy 1 meets Guy 2, somehow. Guy 1 is drawn to Guy 2 because of some sort of emotional connection, or maybe he just finds Guy 2 attractive. Guy 2 is probably drawn to Guy 1 as well. After a few meaningless activities together, Guy 1 and 2 make out. [Insert breakup of any characters/dude realizing he's destined to be with other dude/other things]"
Thanks for reading.
