Don't remeber the title, characters or even the art :( It has something with that the uke had a twin sister that's going to marry someone who its an important person or something like that and they both are planning to escape together. The thing is that the uke ended up being kidnaped by the older brother of his sister boyfriend and is held as hostage... don't remeber more details but close to its end, the sister and her boyfriend tries to recues him but the seme didn't let them take the uke away...
