I dont really know myself; but i would assume it's like how much people that have clicked on the manga (it might add up again even if you've already click it too idk), but I don't think that means they've read it, honestly I don't really know but I hope you can work it out ╮(￣▽￣)╭
So like, on the homepage, for example, if you look under the yaoi manga top five and pick a random one it might say a number like 6705K. What does that mean? 6705 thousand people read it or something? Because sometimes when you click a manga that says 432K or something, but 730 people rated the manga or read it. So what the heck?
