4 years ago i become addicted to anime and watched more than 300 animes in only 2 years BUT i don't what happen to me after that , for the past year and a half i am starting to feel REALLY anxious whenever i try to watch anime because i am afraid that i might not enjoy the shows that i know i usually enjoy .i am not even able to watch new seasons of animes that i really love and enjoyed watching back then,i feel like my anxious feeling and heart is betraying my old feeling and that just make me feel empty and sad .sometimes this anxious heavy feeling disappear suddenly and when that happen i feel so happy and i start to cry .i really don't know what the f**k is my problem and i really don't know how to get rid of this anxious feeling

    to add something ,back then i used to enjoy all the animes that i watched and i always feel sooooooo happy when i watched

    I think you should take a break from anime. It’s not a necessity and it makes you feel bad, so don’t do it.

    it's the first and only thing that made me feel really happy from the bottom of my heart so i can't just let go :(

    Find something else. Maybe something in the arts, like music or drawing. Go on YT and watc what you like to watch, other than anime. Maybe then you could either give it up, or feel less anxious.

    oh this happened to me. do u have other stuff going on in life that you're not dealing with? it wont be fun till you've dealt with it. The anxiety is telling you to pay attention. Also see if u have a bowel infection lmfao because that effects all of your consumption habits including entertainment consumption
