HELP FIND Manga with two rich guys

i remember the plot was... there were two rival rich men in top hats and coats and suits.. one blond one black haired.. and the black haired guy was in love with the blond guy and hes keeping it secret cuz they have some sort of bet where they try and find out who gets more fucks...i think one chapter was dedicated to them betting on who'll make that guy fall inlove with them first and the black haired guy won, but in truth he was just helping him and all the others he had a tryst with and that who he loves was the blond dude.
