The last episode reminds me a scene of JUNO (movie) when the girl doesn't want to see her baby 'cause she was afraid of getting attached to him and she has to give away the baby to a new family.
I believe that something like this is happening with Hye Sung. If Dojin had told him not to leave, Hye Sung wouldn't run away.
