Hi CAN anyone help me find this manga PLEASE

Hi can anyone help me find this manga is a collection of stories i think, but what I want is the story where they grow together and after high school the seme goes to Tokyo and becomes a famous designer / painter / model i don't remember much and he always goes to visit uke in his town until one day he confesses to him, and uke goes to Tokyo to visit him too, but when things seems to be okay, there's the problem of their distance and the seme career ... please help me find this manga i think seme used to paint in a hide place in the playground when they were kids and uke always goes there... it was one the first manga i read before i understand how all of this works SO PLEASEEEEEEE HELP ME! sorry for this is not my first or second language
