Best overall (manga/anime) is Naruto, worst manga is probably Boku No Pico, because the art in the manga is fucking terrible, and I could excuse that if the plot was good, but the plot is just Pico and Mokkun going to the amusement park or smth, and the sex scenes were shitty, and the dicks were fluctuating in size abnormally (I’m a minor don’t @ me ok).
Worst anime was Citrus. It was terrible.

Worst manga I've ever read will always and forever be "Boy Alice in Wonderland" started out decent and then became a clusterfuck of what the fuck did I read.
Worst anime, I can't remember the name, but it was like this anime that started the last ep on episode 1, so you were pretty much watching it backwards. Some people thought it was deep, but to me, it was kinda dumb. The story wasn't really that good to me too.
