Agreed. I dropped both the novels you just mentioned. They get very frustrating after 1000 chapters of random plot elements

you could try " Ghost Emperor Wild Wife Dandy Eldest Miss " I normally cant stand it going pass 200 ch cause it just drags on, but over 600 chapters and I'm some how still loving it

honestly when i read the novel i couldn't really tell where the story was going. you get the girl, girl gets drugged gets pregnant and later loses baby, girl goes away a few years and comes back. she begins to enter show biz to take on her sister that stole all the love from around her. and you would think this story is clear in the revenge with stealing limelight from the evil sister but than you throw in a kid who gets attached, and revelation that the mc turned into a super spy in the few years after leaving, and becomes involved with some king of spy organization that works under this super devil like man, and from time to time the mc leaves the show biz stuff behind to do spy missions. the problem is there are times in the novel that has the mc pulling out a role that supposedly was gained during the handful of years away from home. im not explaining it all too well but the story feels a bit like it a amalgamation of two maybe three chinese romance webnovels. ultimately if the manhua is anything like the novel, the story will devolve and turn shit.
at least its not like another story i read where halfway into almost 2k chapter webnovel readers see the mc stumbling into conflict with a secret organization that is secretly hiding the fact that there is a super meteor heading to earth about to wipe out life and the mc need to stop it with mad hacking skills.
