So I'm finding this manga that's shounenai but isn't tagged as one. It's all about the MC going to a shrine for 100 days. He confessed to his male childhood best friend,got rejected and had an accident that made him go into coma. The Shrine's God granted the MC's wishes to be a girl. There's also the MC's ex falling in love with the MC's girl persona. I'm sorry that the description is vague but I hope someone has a title for it. Thanks
