I feel ya' , sometimes im stuck with this wifi stuff too , i can even read the manga even tho the wifi was obviously on ... I think there is something wrong with the phone .. (Hope this will help ya)

I think it might just be something with the website, though, I haven't experienced it myself.
Yeah, I experienced the same for days so I flagged a report to mangago admin, it has been fine after that.
