She meant that physically and she meant she didn't want to resist his kiss even though she just broke up. He already cherished her before she broke up with his friend and he even called her amazing for standing up to the creep.
Understandable but the entire time she knew in her heart what was going on with her boyfriend she just didn't want to admit it and then that dude came in and was like be yourself stop hiding your feelings and started being kind to her and her feelings gradually changed to him you can't stop how you feel y'know
that was actually kinda a dark ending wasn't it? It's like she's saying that she's the other guy's doll now. I imagine she'll just bounce from relationship to relationship without any sense of self. kinda sad really.
