Yes they are by the same mangaka, she just uses two different types of pen names. Sakyo Aya is used for her BL mangas while Ukyou Ayane is for her shoujo mangas.

did anyone else notice that the replacement nurse is the same creepy male nurse from the other manga with the brother that is a lion/actor. hes obsessed with his little brother that came to visit and the little brother got snatched up by the male nurse.
