I mean it depends on what you wanna be good at but I personally started with observing human anatomy since that was what peaked my interest

Try looking at some references and trying to draw them.
Watch YT videos such as DrawingwithJazza
Another thing for example say you want more of an anime style, its okay to watch realism videos. You can take bits and tips out of a lot of videos even if they aren't the same style.
Just practice and practice. Don't let anyone bring you down. It will take time to improve!! Just try even if you think it'll look bad, just try. (=・ω・=)
