He did though. Since you spoiled everything. You should know the two brother reconcile and forgave each other. The brother is now making progress to recovery mentally. They are becoming a family and that is good for everyone.

He vice-president didn't lose his memories; after the brother become crazy every time he see there vice president he will scream "it's all your fault bla bla bla...."and throw thing or punches at him. He fake the memory loss so their parent don't have to be worried about two children and concentrate on solving the problem of the brother (i hate him).
The spoiler is over I have to rant... That bastard of a brother used to bully him with his friend, he take him to the yet to be build amusement park to scare him leaving him alone(the vice president wanted to go together to buy drink but the brother said "what? Are you afraid to be alone?" and left) and now he made himself believe he is the victim thinking everything will be OK like this (╬￣皿￣)凸. I hope the vice president never forgive him ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
