Lel no there are suppositories that are made to be taken in by the ass. Normally for children but here (Ger) even adults take them like this. Oral suppositories aren't that well known here actually

I think suppositories are far more common outside in other countries... when I lived in Mexico that was their usual go to... or a shot on the butt.
Anal absorption is faster than oral, and less waste, thats why you used in kids where you need something fast. But in adult is not necessary to be fast and masculinity is fragile
