Help Me. Please ;))))

It's about an all male family. And one of the boys has hard time breathing when he exerts his body for too long. One day he over hears his family having a family meeting. and they talk about him. And he was unset over the things that where said because he felt he was being a-burden to them. So he runs away and he goes to his aunts house I think. Then he decides to stay there instead of this dads house. But he got an attack at his aunts house and then the aunt talks with her husband and he thought he was being a burden to them as well. SO he also ran away from there. And that's all I remember
