You may feel that way in the first chapters but trust me it's not at all the lesson taught here, especially since the main protagonist herself has no problem with being overweight, or wearing glasses, and she doesn't particularly consider herself pretty/ugly. Also one of the guys of the harem loves her no matter what (=・ω・=) It's a very enjoyable read ; the different characters reflect how society feels towards fat people, but the main protagonist doesn't care if she's fat or not.
beeing fat... it doesnt mean you are ugly. also the other way around only if you loose weight, doesnt mean you are pretty all of sudden... first pages, fat+glasses=ugly.
one page later, less weight+no glasses=pretty girl?
I am kinda disappointed bec. i thought its a nice idea with the otaku/fujoshi girl but like this...
