It was a school you got into by being in it for your whole school life, an escalator school system.
"Inside Students"- Students who had been in that school since preschool and do not have to take entrance exams as they stay continuously
"Outside Students"- Enter based on their intelligence by taking an entrance exam at the start of any random school year
An inside student is one that is very rich and can afford to go to school there, and an outside student is usually poor ish and got in buy Getting super high application scores, and getting a scholarship
I don't get the whole concept of the "inside students" and "outside students", what do they mean?
