I dont think so it is like that, many masculine representations in medias always have similar vibe to it like a macho macho art (dragonball for exmp.), they have their netflix show that i dont really like but i do think the artists just trying out to show (flex off) their ability and talent to simply put masterpiece and real dedication in drawing beautifully made body (proportions, muscle, contours, shape, all of that) so u might not like the plots or whatever is going om but the art is beautiful on the bodical autonomy regardless
Maybe this is just meant to be pleasing to older Japanese men. This manga is trying to be as stylized as JoJo but fails to have as good of an orginial story. The art is just really bad. The story is 80% filler, and translation doesnt help its already cliche story.
