I have no doubt that in seungtaek’s head he and kyubin will be together forever - it’s just that to him they are meant to be parallel lines that run alongside one another and never quite touch... but he would never let kyubin go. They have different standards for their relationship (kyubin wanting it to be more romantically involved) but i’m seeing that seungtaek is actually already 100% committed to kyubin at this point, he’s just afraid of loving him wholeheartedly because he knows it would be so extreme it might overshadow everything else in his life.
Also things to love about this chapter: - Seungtaek likes kissing kyubin HEHHEHE i totally wouldnt mind reading a whole chapter of them making out w/o any dialogue. Seriously. It’s so nice to see this side of seungtaek - seungtaek already planning their retirement together (not rly but yes rly) LOL. - yes!!!! Kyubin!!! study hard!!! Get good grades!!!!
