Ok, like the first thing I fucking did when i got sims 4, is change the gender to male, make him the gayish boy alive~ And holy fuck was he so fucking cute I fucking loved him, I spent like 5 hours on him. aNyWaY, he can wear other things than dresses though

Know this is not about a manga but, I play Sims. I know a lot of people like yaoi and Sims and don't know how to make a yaoi couple and the uke mpeg. So here is what I find out how to do it without a cheat. Go to create a sim go to gender settings it is the 3 dots under the male, female and you as yaoi Sims fans dream can come true. Like he can wear a dress too.
