Just stop purchasing and supporting them. You gotta take care of yourself first, alright? Try and get out of your debt, and be able to stay out of it before helping out. You should always come first.
I remembered they had a PayPal option and as for getting a response from Lezhin, it’s synonymous to finding a needle in a haystack~

so.. a few months ago, I decided to cut-off my credit card cause I don't want to further bury myself in dept- and now I can't pay for official e-translations in Lezhin. I've been trying to contact them for weeks now.. and so far so good I never received any reply. I'm from the Philippines and I really want to support artist cause I work in the same industry.
I am getting bothered with the low income the creators are saying- especially those who work in the BL genre, so I at least want to help. But it seems Lezhin doesn't give a fuck themselves.
Is there anyone here who can purchase from them without credit card? I would really be grateful for help about this...
