In present perfect? It would be something like: “En el cuarto día hemos ido a Machu Picchu. Hemos ido en el tren y hemos caminado por allí todo el día. Ha sido uno de mis lugares favoritos del viaje porque ha sido muy interesante”.
Personally, I would write it like this, though: “En el cuarto día hemos ido a Machu Picchu. Hemos ido en el tren y caminamos por allí todo el día. Ha sido uno de mis lugares favoritos del viaje porque fue muy interesante”. But if they asked you to use only present perfect then yeah, use the first one lol. Hope this helps!

"On the fourth day we went to machu picchu. We went there with train and walked around there all day. It was one of my favorite places on the trip because it was very intresting" Something like that.
