Indeed. He uses alcohol as "dutch courage' but gets completely wasted. He needs to soberly express himself, for him to come off as sincere and not a liability. Jiwon has an issue with alcohol, which is why he never drinks bar when he was forced too by his university tutors, which led to him being more affectionate. When Jiwon gets pissed he allows his guard to slip, and puts his head on Dongdong's shoulder to fall asleep. When Dongdong gets pissed he gives someone a blow job on screen and starts ranting. It's not to say Dongdong shouldn't feel upset, and he's taken responsibility for this by ending things, but he needs to communicate without drink as this just leads to him exploding and it's bad for all parties. He does seem to be making progress with this though, so that's good for the plot development.
I agree with you that I don't excuse him ruining Alex's broadcast, but disagree with you that his feeling for Alex just because he is drunk, he agree to have sex when he was still at his mind so he drunk because he agree, and if you think he agree because of he drunk.. when he wasn't drunk he want to do things other than have sex, he want to hang out and stuff like that that means love.
So in my opinion DG really love Alex but he doesn't do the right thing too, he didn't behav the right behavior to make Alex understand him because Alex have a bad past and DG don't know so I don't blame any of them.
