Sangwoo didn't get sick because he'd known in advance Bum would try to poison him, so he switched the pills just like he did with his mum when he was a high schooler.
No. Remember Bum got sick, right?
Bum was 100% sure he'd poisoned the food and this belief made his body respond in this way.
I just realised... that the reason why Sangwoo didn`t get sick from the poison Bum gave him earlier on in the story... was probably because he became immune to the rat poison his mum kept giving him :O wow marvelous
