I disagree. The main character is a breath of fresh air. All I ever see in shoujo these days are weak minded, weak willed, cutesy MCs. I've come to appreciate a strong minded, non-doormat girl like our main character. She may be a little bratty, but I see it as a charm point :)
I respect your opinion and you have a point. But I still don't like bratty characters. I would prefer a smart, silent type MC like from Tonari no Kaibutsu kun. And I also don't like weak characters who easily fall for shitty lead guys. I guess this story is not just my cup of tea.

Yeah I don't either. It's one of those shoujo were they want to pass off their female lead as strong and all, but just end up with someone who from time to time shouts something mean which isn't even that mean.
Yeah right! A Female lead doesn't have to act bratty just to make her look strong. Because it's just annoying. (Sorry.) although, I'm hoping for a character development here and let the Female MC grow up.
