Sorry to say it, but yaoi is most often wrong when it comes to sex. Certainly a lot of bottoms are really into it. But there are also quite alot of guys who will never feel "exctatic pleasure" from getting buttfucked. Some guys can come from getting fucked easily, whereas others feel nothing or for some its even plain painful.

Also most first timers develope hemorrhoids, sores or fissures that need treatment if the top is "rough".

Lmao this is fictional do you think we really want to read a manga about fissures and painful sex. I mean it already weird me out when the bottom is raped and falls in love with said rapist. Lol lets not take it there.

I do not want to read about that shit, no. I want sex that is somehow realistic.

Sticking it into a virgin with barely and lube and he then goes off in exctasy? That is simply ... yaoi-bullshit.

    You’re right.

The guy time travelled but the sex was the "unrealistic". ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

I've found very few manga that actually depict fairly realistic gay relationships, even less ones in which sex is remotely "correctly". You could try gentle seme tags or shounen ai manga if it bothers you a lot. I think there's one from Taishi Zaou where the uke talks about issues involving anal sex to teach the seme (I think the name is Koi wa Ina mono myouna mono, it's fun but very shoujo-ish). Also, you can try manga in which sex is cleverly used as a plot device, such as Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai, so the unrealistic part of it will bother less. But I get where you're coming from. Like, I've had friends with fissures and all I could remember were all Viewfinder sex scenes in which Takaba is bleeding. Made me hell uncomfortable.

Either way, this is erotica, so realistic sex is not the focus at all. It's not to be educational. It's made to make girls squeal when the MC's feelings meet in a conjunction of flesh... or something. Even erotica for gay men, such as bara manga, is not bothering to depict realistic sex scenes. Even actual porn is not bothering to do it.

You can make it a personal quest. I was once searching for such manga like you, but I got washed out. Now my personal quest is looking for the most absurd depictions of sex in manga. Have you seen works by Honey QP, Param or Gengoroh Tagame? Preach!

Stop with that shit, man. What you're saying might be right, but when you read a yaoi titled " Samurai Lover" that starts with a guy falling into water and coming out in someone's bathtub, most people don't exactly think "Oh! Even though this manga is almost completely unrealistic, the sex scenes will be entirely realistic and sensible!"
Don't like, don't read. Yaoi is not always going to be realistic and you should already know this, so what you're saying is pointless. The only reason I'm so fustrated about your comment is YOU chose to read it, so YOU set yourself up. Don't complain about what happens in real life and compare it to what happens here. This is fiction for a reason. Its. Not. Real.

Omg yaaaas I love those last three artists you listed. Though I’ve yet to get my hand on Param’s stuff.

And I agree with you about realistic relationships let alone realistic sex. Most who read yaoi don’t really want to think about anal bleaching, douching, STDs, hemroids and jazz when they just want to see something romantic or sexy. Oh Joy Sex Toy is a great comic that hits a lot of topics about sex, kinks and relationships between all genders and sexualities, though it is more of a sex-ed comic with a lot of great guest artists. Sadly it’s all I can really recomend since I read so much that most of it is like junk food to me in quality and it doesn’t help that I lean more towards ridiculous sex than realism and plot.

And all I could think while reading it was that I hope they're using the condoms coz who knows what kinda STDs this guy picked up in the past?!

Basically in real life it would take more preparation and there are more risks and health situations involved, but as we were saying, this is a manga not a documentary so it's most likely gonna be unrealistic

Ah, yes. The indeed funny thing that people have called me "wrong", when I say such as the first post does. Ignoring the fact that I am a bisexual male who had his fair share of encounters with males of different ages and sexualities - and cultures, - of course I am wrong, and you are right. Naturally a female who has seen some porn or read some slash stories knows more about how gay sex works.

Just a hint, - I had a relationship for 2 years that didnt include buttseks.

Gay sex is more than sticking it in and rutting like rabbits.
There are no "uke" and "seme". There are Tops and Bottoms and Versatiles, those who like both. And even then you cannot simply divide people in these three categories.

Its a stupid, arrogant and strictly sexist thing to do so.

While I understand that Yaoi is not known for its accurancy because it is often written and created by women who do it because they think gay sex hot, similar to how guys enjoy lesbian sex visualized, I find it detestable how many inreflectively project this stuff on the real world.

Alright, I have said my piece. Cheers.

    Half-awake November 10, 2018 4:02 pm

If I can distinguish the line between yaoi couples and actual gay couples, I'm not going to feel guilty enjoying unrealistic sex scenes
