Hung never said "I love you" or "I like you"
It's obvious that his ex lead him on to believe he like and cared about him. There can be a relationship, and there clearly was one, in Jiwon's perspective.
The thing is that hung never said "I like you" or "I love you to him meaning that there was never a relation ship in the first place. ╥﹏╥
