Have you tried taking hair, skin, and nails vitamins? It helps my haur grow faster. I would cut it to shoulder length in the summer and then by next spring, it's reaching the curve of my back.
But if you have a lot of hody hair, it may make those grow as well.

If the first brand you try doesn't work for you, try a different brand. I had to switch around before I found one good enough for me.
Also, make sure you take a break for a month to two every few months so your hair can nourish naturally and you aren't wearing it out.
