One day, a japanese school boy(=protagonist) helped out one of his classmates that got bullied, but the other boy (the ungrateful little shit) simply walked away when the bullies started bullying the protagonist instead.
The protagonist is left alone in the bathroom, and at a certain moment the bullies dump the protagonist's head in the toilet.
From there on it turns kind of weird. So because of this, the protagonist is being transported to a parallel universe/middle ages setting where he's the king. And from there the story begins.
There's magic in this universe, and (much to his confusion) the protagonist is also engaged to another boy.
(but it's not a shounen ai anime).
Please answer if you know wich anime I'm talking about.
