If you understand Indonesian language, you can download line webtoon app and read them there. You can also look for the fan translation for the official webtoons.

Ciayo is mostly free, while some webcomics can only be purchased with coins. You can usually read the first few chapters as sample, though. And webcomic often offer free coupon you can use to read the chapters. Enjoy.
