About a girl was pretty casual on relationships I think. Then she got breast cancer or something where she had to remove one side of her boobs. Then this one dude who claimed he loved her no matter what sorta won her over for sex until he felt that there was no boobs n just like ditched her. That was so sad. Idk if there’s a main male lead but that what I remember most about the story. Please help find
