TO BE FAIR, the water in toilets is the as the water that comes out from sinks. so technically, there is no difference if splash either on your face (unless it's from an unflushed toilet now that's fucking disgusting) but then again, even if the water is clean, the toilet itself is dirty af so...i guess there's that.
