It just turned out that sangwoo has been hallucinating this whole time………….that concept has this manga fucked up to today's chap.
I don't think Sangwoo seeing Bum get out of the girl's car when he was coming home a hallucination. Bum borrowed money from her while in the car, I think, and she did insist to bring him right in front of his home. But I agree with everything else.
I've a felling Sangwoo's hallucinations are getting worse.
Sangwoo is imagining things "WHEN THEY WERE DRINKING AND SUDDENLY SANGWOO STARTED SAYING TO BUM" (FUCK ME AS MY HUSBAND.... I WAS ACTUALLY PRETTY SHOKED WHEN YOU SAID THAT ) then bum said (STOP IT SANGWOO... I NEVER SAID THAT TO YOU) , first yoonbum says he never said those words THEN,
REMEMBER! WHEN SANGWOO WAS TALKING TO BUM (FIRST WE AGREED TO CALL EACH OTHERS BABE... NOW IT'S SANGWOO AGAIN?) then bum said (OH.. DID WE AGREE TO DO THAT) then it looks like he doesn't even remember conversations about pet names.
Bum arguing with SANGWOO in the last chp (I TOOK THE BUS HERE) thing.
And we have this and I believe Bum Isn't lying.

SANGWOO's hallucinations reflect his inner feelings, To clear up the ideas, Sangwoo’s conscience can be seen whenever the red colours appear in the frames. His hallucinations were not real. In this chapter, anything tinted red has reference towards Sangwoo’s insanity.
It could be from his mother’s abuse that he has thoughts like this .

Perhaps Sangwoo is hallucinating in this scene (again with the tints of red), and Yoonbum’s high school friend is saying what Sangwoo thinks about himself. Like she’s his own conscience.
When she says Yoonbum will ‘leave him for good’ Sangwoo gives a shocked expression right after. As soon as she leaves, the door slams shut and the red colours are no longer in the ppanels.
Yeah! Yoonbum never lied to him, he got money to buy a ring that's why he was talking about FAITH PARTNER thing. He went out just to get ring.
When a panel gives off that shade of red, it is usually when Sangwoo is in (or within) the frame. Koogi could have added this for a special effect, but I think that this could signal the beginning of Sangwoo’s hallucinations and could show his true intentions (=・ω・=)
