No it's not. Fargo said that the third season will still be about Dojin and Hyesung. She even corrected someone on that on her twitter.
Oh ok more angst I guess just let them be happy
I actually don't want a season 3 just want them to stay together and happy a few extra chapters would be great. Or a different story not involving them mainly
