France got shot, but since they're 'different' type of human, France's not really dead, but just reappear. But the cost of it was their lost memories, (new-)France had no single memory of him being England's boyfriend.

England's broken heart and still remembering France's death. But he didn't really sad because he could met (ghost-)France at where he was shot. England saw the ghost as 'form of memory' of (past-)France.

Since England's been living in hundred years, he met (new-)France. This made him happy yet sad since he thought (new-)France didn't really loved him like before. Yes, England could be friend and hanging around with (new-)France, but he still longed for France to love him back. England talked about his sadness and (kinda) desperation to (ghost-)France everytime, but (ghost-)France always assured him that he always loved England from the start.

One days, England and (new-)France did a little 'pretending' game that made them ended up having sex. England's happy, at first. But suddenly (new-)France said "sorry" and "i shouldn't have done it", which made England's upset and left.

England walked back to where (past-)France was shot, asked to (ghost-)France about why, even after his death, England still couldn't forget about his feeling and memory. (Ghost-)France started to fade away, and before he disappeared, he revealed to England that this happened before. (Ghost-)France told that England had been dead like this before and reborn, had lost his memories about France, yet still loved him again in the end.

(Ghost-)France also gave England a few cutscenes of what he was thinking when he's shot before he died. It's revealed that even in the near of death, France was still thinking about England.

England cried, while suddenly (new-)France ran for behind and hugged him. (New-)France told him when he woke up after the death, he felt like longing for someone he can't remember. And (new-)France told England he loved him. End scene.
