I laugh everytime I read our dear vampire calling Asmodeus, the deamon of lust, a chastity belt. (≧∀≦) I mean, talk about an insult hitting close to home.
I'm not at all surprised that he took his beloveds soul as insurance. Strong possessiveness most probably is a common trait of deamons. I mean... He IS a deamon and acording to myths, one of the princes (or sub-princes depending on which book) in hell. I don't recall them ever being known for playing fair. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
