I think Yoonbum actually bought Sangwoo a present and hid it in the basket with different stuff like poison pill bottle on the fridge, not really caring about the pill bottle.
He carelessly dropped the pill bottle An then you can see when Bum dropped the pills some went under the washer and we all know Sangwoo counted all the pills in the bottle because his paranoia is crazy. Sagwoo figured it out... And Then Bum little cutie was sleeping and Sangwoo tried to lay his Hand on him but somehow ended up squeezing him in his Arms and started crying while Bum was sleeping. He woke up and asked Sangwoo what happened! Sangwoo said to help him he doesn't want to die most painful death.
Bum finally saw baby boy cry, with the missing pills Sangwoo will be super paranoid now, I wonder if he'll confront Bum about if, I really do think Bum bought Them wedding rings and I hope he gives them to Sangwoo really soon. I'm guessing he's waiting until his birthday.
Here what I think is gonna happen Next. So I believe Sangwoo will think Yoonbum poisoned him because Pills are missing and he’ll probably end up killing him because of his paranoia. (Sadly)
Then after Sangwoo kills him, he’ll find Bums present under the items and probably break down crying and maybe kill himself? IDK , From my prospective though. (=・ω・=)
