Ok, so the uke is like a clean freak and the seme is popular.(I think) the uke let the seme borrow a pen and then the uke throw it away because of germs and later went to look for it and the seme helped.
Going into a the few chapters, the seme cuts his hand and the uke faints onto his school desk.
