Why are there missing chapters? It goes from 25 to 29. Are they going to be added in later? Also for 18.5 to 21.

Um, the ones between chapter five and chapter 29 are the ones being added in, you can tell by the release dates? Thx.

No one has pointed out the missing chapters between 18.5 and 21, however, so you're right about that, at least.
