I've got a list, if you're interested. It's not just shounen ai, though, so just look for the the "shounen ai" tags or a rainbow emoji in the descriptions.
My personal favorites are Koisuru Barairo Tenchou and Yozora no Sumikko de. Chapter 6 of Sessa Takuma! is definitely a good one about childcare.
